Inclusive Education & Capacity Building
Rwanda’s policy on inclusive education ensures that all children and youth have access to equitable, inclusive, and quality education. At Envisage, we implement various activities such as training teachers and teachers to be and creating facilitation materials. Envisage does this thanks to our partnership with other educational institutions that see education as a mission and a key to social change.
Inclusive Education
Envisage works with learning institutions in Rwanda and abroad to create a supportive and inclusive system of education where aspiring teachers are trained and equipped to be educators that engage with their students as opposed to teaching a class. Educators who are able to offer psycho-social support to students and empower of responsible citizens.
Capacity Building
Envisage organizes training to build the capacity of young people through a wide range of connections between Envisage and its partners. Our training enables young people to develop entrepreneurial leadership and employability skills to secure decent jobs in the future.
Our impact thus far can be seen in the partnerships we are creating with learning institutions to promote inclusive education in Rwanda’s education system. We are always looking for partners passionate about fostering an inclusive education system for all children and youth, including children with disabilities.
